Do I need experience?
No experience is needed! Our crew handles everything and walks you through the process from start to finish!
What should I bring?
Sunglasses, sunscreen, a towel, and your phone!
Can kids fly?
Yes! we allow kids 5+ to fly as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Participants under the age of 16 must have a parent or adult on the boat during flight.
Will I get wet?
That’s up to you! You can stay completely dry or ask for a dip!
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. The group minimum must be 150lbs, and the maximum is 500lbs. We offer 2-person groups and 3-person groups!
How many people can fly at a time?
We fly with 2-person groups and 3-person groups. Regardless of the size of the group, our expert team is dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable adventure for all participants!
What's the Cancellation Policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any trip canceled 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full. Our captains assess the weather on the day of the scheduled activity. If they determine that the trip will be unsafe, the trip will be postponed or canceled. We will immediately try to reschedule our guests’ activity if possible, but we will issue full refunds if need be.
Do you take pictures?
Yes, we do take pictures! Our dedicated parasail team offers a convenient picture package right on the boat. Capture the amazing views and perfect social media moments!
Is parasailing safe?
Parasailing is very safe when operated by trained professionals like our captains!
